did anyone here see that movie? i thought it was awsome but sad cuz it was a true story...also i was kinda shocked cuz it had female full frontal nudity (showing breasts and vagina)...wasnt expecting that from a theatrical shark movie release

Nah, I haven't seen it. I wanted to - is out out to hire in viedo stores yet. I think I may rent it anyway.

yeah its out on VHS and DVD now

It was decent. Pretty anticlimactic at points.

I havent seen it but i think it looks pretty good, may see it one day soon who knows lol

the nudity is misplaced and misused, i do see the point they wanted to get across. the whole point of the movie is to 'use' the water to play out their relationship, to discover their bond for eachother and how they react in the situation. sadly the movie makes you only depressed. this movie, although well done, and unfortanetly true, will only likely make you unhappy you saw it.

I would give it ** stars just because of the whole negative feeling you get. there is no closure whatsoever.

I didn't like the ending. I thought (from the preview I saw) they get stranded on an island or something.

Watched it tonight. It was alright, glad I didn't see it at the cinemas. That night scence was pretty horrific!

I did not like Open Water at all.I actually thought it sucked.I went out and bought it,then I watched it and I took it back to the store the next day.I expected more out of the movie I think.

yeah that movie is really overrated by critics. based on a true story? i doubt they know even half of that happened. K so they know the couple got stranded from the boat and then were later found dead, but the whole relationship problem thing was just probably made up or terribly exaggerated
