the mkiv generation of the toyota supra ceased american production in '98 however production still continued up until '99 in japan. there were rumors that the new supras, the mark 5 gen, were going to come out as early as march of 2003.. but obviously it hasn't seeing that the current month now is april. rumors are rumors.

toyota, in my opinion, needs to come out with a sportier car to compete with rival companies- consider the 350z, s2k, and so on. as rumors will persist, there is talk about a new line of toyota "super-cars" that may cost upwards to 100 grand.

anyway.. back on topic-
that picture, my friend, is what you call "fixed-up"... body kits. have you heard of veilside perhaps? they do this kind of thing also... such an avid admirer of the supra should be familiar with the terminology.

It may sound stupid but I want a Vauxhall (Holden, whatever.) Monaro. They aren't particularly expensive or exotic but they just seem like great cars. Simple, powerful and rugged. That's all I need, not some plastic car that runs on computer chips and an automatic gearbox.
