Being the random person that I am, the other day I was thinking about some movie I used to watch a lot on TV when I was younger. I was thinking of going over to blockbuster to rent this movie since I haven't seen it in forever, but then I realized that I don't even remember the title!! :(
Okay, from what I can remember, it's mainly about a single mother and her daughter moving into a new neighborhood. Everything seems normal until they meet the neighbors. Everyone is "perfect" with their clothes, jobs, etc. Then they meet the neighborhood's "head person" and soon enough, him and the mother start dating. He then gives the mother and daughter "vitamins" as a welcoming gift, which in reality brainwashs them to act perfectly the way he wants them to (the whole neighborhood is brainwashed by the way). The mother falls for it, but the daughter soon figures out what he's trying to do... so she tries to stop him from any further damage.
I'm not sure if what I typed above is clear enough... but does anyone know what movie I'm talking about?? If so, what's the title? I have a feeling that this was a meant for tv movie... around the mid-1990's.
